I am Arif Hossen, Managing Director & Founder of AA Group Hub. I established this organization with the vision of creating a dependable bridge between apparel buyers, manufacturers, and global business partners.

From the beginning, my focus has been on building a company where quality, reliability, transparency, and long-term relationships come before short-term business. I believe that successful sourcing is not simply about supplying a product—it is about understanding a buyer's requirements, maintaining consistent standards, communicating clearly, and delivering solutions that help our partners grow their businesses.

At AA Group Hub, I oversee our strategic direction and overall business development while working closely with our teams and manufacturing partners. Our activities include B2B apparel sourcing, wholesale clothing supply, manufacturing coordination, OEM & ODM services, private-label development, and international buyer support.

I am particularly committed to developing lasting relationships with our customers. Whether we are working with an established importer, wholesaler, retailer, or a growing clothing business, my objective is the same: to understand what they need and provide a sourcing and supply solution they can depend on.

Looking ahead, my vision is to continue expanding AA Group Hub into a trusted international apparel sourcing and supply partner while maintaining the values on which the organization was built. For me, our growth is meaningful when our customers and business partners grow with us.

I am Tania Akter, Executive Director of AA Group Hub. My role is centered on supporting the strategic development of the organization while ensuring that our plans, standards, and commitments are effectively carried through our day-to-day operations.

I believe that the strength of a successful organization comes not only from its products or services, but also from the people, processes, communication, and relationships behind them. For this reason, I work closely with our internal teams to encourage coordination, accountability, professionalism, and a consistent approach to serving our customers and business partners.

At AA Group Hub, our work involves many interconnected areas—from understanding buyer requirements and sourcing suitable products to manufacturing coordination, quality expectations, wholesale supply, and customer support. I remain focused on helping these activities work together efficiently so that our customers receive a dependable and professional experience.

Building strong relationships is also an important part of how I approach my responsibilities. I believe in listening carefully to our customers, understanding their expectations, and working collaboratively to find practical solutions. Every customer has different requirements, and our responsibility is to approach those requirements with care, transparency, and attention to detail.
